Niall - Very important point. Happy employees lead to happy customers, which leads to higher sales and profit. I would also add one more suggestion - Give frequent, small rewards. Research has shown that giving more frequent rewards, even if they are small, can help with improving the morale and job satisfaction of employees. Even a simple Thank You can do wonders.

Collaboration and Understanding each other is the very important as a team. And adventures makes the team strong. Open-mindedness and Resourcefulness make jobs easier. I figure these through this article. Thank You Niall for your great post. I'll gonna wait for the next one.
