You are welcome. You could find apps and program with different types of noise. Check out Power Nap app if you want get an effective and efficient short sleep.

It is up to the employer to decide if you should be able to listen to music (or some other things, e.g. podcasts) during work hours. Personally, I would say that it will benefit the business culture and improve productivity.

Have you done research on white / pink / brown noise? I have using that during longer writer sessions and powernaps, in order to filter out background sound.

Actually I've never heard of pink or brown noise. I've only heard of white noise. So I *just* did some googling -- very interesting! I actually even found there's a 'grey' noise.

I pink pink and brown noise annoying, but white and grey I prefer for background. I have tinnitus, so it helps cancel it out a little, too.

Thanks for sharing that! Super fascinating. :)
