Hi Elli,

At the end of the year, everybody looks forward, which is great, but looking back at a year of accomplishments is also useful. Otherwise, how can you be realistic and yet aggressive enough to know...really know...where to take things in the New Year? Looking back is not some pointless back-patting exercise. It's a very effective way to plan the future. Thanks for sharing on BizSugar!
