Did you once create a well-structured, complete list of all the things you need to do in accordance with how an excellent to-do-list should be constructed, for instance in Outlook’s “Tasks”-function, but it has now been a while since you even looked at it?

Heather: David has written a great book on productivity called "Klart!" ("Done!") in Swedish. Maybe it will be translated into English sometime in the future.

Hi David,

What an interesting perspective on productivity. Controlling your work flow instead of simply responding and putting out fires can be a tricky business, but this seems like a great step in the right direction. Thanks to Martin Lindeskog for sharing this post with the BizSugar community.
