A lot of this has to do with attitude, not so much about how much money you can throw in. I know the employees of a small online marketing company who decided to bring in locally grown produce and cook at the office. Not only is this a healthy lunch option, but it's a great team builder as well, and it costs very little to implement.

In a previous company I worked in they paid for our gym membership and it worked wonders for us. Instead of the pub after work we'd go to the gym instead - not all the time of course but often enough. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
