Great survey findings. Indeed, securing business funding is way much easier if you present a business plan along with your biz financial track records. Lenders want to know what you will do with your money. The biz plans can shed some light on such issue.

Great post with great data. It's important to note that there are many ways of planning a business so this may or may not be referring only to highly formal and detailed business plans. Still, obviously a plan of some kind when evaluating a business opportunity is always a good idea even if it changes significantly over time.
