It really depends on our preferences and where are we more inclined, to go to work in certain offices or to just be at home and be home-buddy entrepreneur. They both have their own positive and negative effects but it can all be tolerated if discipline is observed.

Peter has done a great job with that article. All of the points are more than valid. I especially agree about the face-to-face part. When working with people there is no substitute for face-to-face conversations. That is by far the best way to build relationships. Not always possible unfortunately.
