Thanks for the list. Taking regular breaks works for me. Even when I worked in an office I coudn't sit all day, maybe that is why meetings were invented to get you to move. Even a short walk can clear the brain.

One thing I do to is to block out a specific time when all I do is write. I don't check email, Twitter, Facebook, answer the phone, read text messages or surf the 'net. I dedicate the core part of my day to writing. It helps.
One other thing that works for me is getting rid of notification messages/tones on my computer. I don't need to have real-time updates when people email me or tweet me. I'll get to it when it makes sense to my schedule.
