In a time of accelerating industry, product and career cycles #3 (Create flexible structures) resonated deeply. A good list to go through and start right back up at the top when you feel you've gotten it (mostly) done...

I'm a fan of #6 "Give people access to more information than makes you comfortable." People can handle so much more than they or we think they can. When you treat people with respect, inclusion, and behave "as if" they are capable, more times than not they will delight and surprise you with their good.

Made me think. It's like the 11 Commandments of how to run a successful creative business or any business, actually. Liked it.

Also love #2. Three rings of support. Great list! Goes well beyond the ordinary well-worn advice you always hear on business!
