Whenever the question of incorporation comes up, many small business owners almost instinctively recoil. But, the reality is that incorporating your small business has some big ramifications, and in many cases it is a necessary part of running a business even if you never plan on selling stock.

Great info! We already had an S-Corp from our other businesses, so we put my Internet marketing biz under that, or I probably would have gone sole proprietor in the beginning.
