So, this auto-enrollment is forced upon the small business owner?

"Auto-enrolment is a policy that has been introduced by the government that now means that every employer must automatically enrol workers into a workplace pension scheme ..."

How about the free market taking care of this, instead of using force by the state?

And you could ask the question, will it be any pensions left in a regulated place in the future? Who's paying for what and whom?

I agree with this sentiment, the state have forced this bottleneck of businesses that are now running out of time to apply by failing to educate properly (something I feel happens too often).

Auto-enrol, i think, is a good thing. The retired population are the ones with the most money nowadays.

Worrying, who is to blame for this oversight in terms of educating business owners? Surely more people should have been warned that this could be problematic.

No sympathy for owners who did not prepare for me personally.

If pensions are important to you as the owner, the pensions of your staff should be equally as important.
