I'm not sure if I'd hire someone without any type of interview or communication. I'd at least have to have a skype chat or call with them.

Sandra - Good points. Virtual Assistants can definitely take the load off your shoulder. With the advanced technology that is available it has become easier than ever to get help from VA just like you would with physical assistant.

Hi Emma,

Thanks for sharing. I'd guess the hardest thing about picking a virtual assistant would be picking someone who will fit with how you work and with how your business works. That implies not only getting a virtual assistant who is effective, but finding one with a specific style that matches you.
