I don't follow freelancing blogs or anything like that, mostly it's from my own trial and error. Tyrone Shum out of Australia runs a pretty good blog on outsourcing and Chris Ducker has an outsourcing company in the Philippines and always has good info.

Martin: I haven't read the other books, hope to one day. I'd like to see more collaboration built into the platforms where you can do video and work on projects within the platform. I'm sure it'll come soon.
