During this election season, more than likely we will encounter — either directly or indirectly — a political discussion at work. Questions will surely rise on how to address a political conversation and what are the best ways to maintain a civil dialogue while voicing opinions.

I tell my people this: "This is not the time or place for us to discover deficiencies in our abilities to express ourselves, or, to listen carefully to others' without blowing arteries, fuses, or schedules. Hit it to a pub if you want to blow about the election."

Good timing for this article. I noticed that people are voting up the candidate articles, but not leaving comments. No one wants to admit their position.
