One of the most unchanged elements of our life today is our optimal work time. Data seems to confirm the average American works 8.8 hours per day, at least, those are the official stats. Why do we have 8 hour work days in the first place?

The American dream is to work less and make more. That's the premise behind working from home or starting your own business. I believe its possible but not without putting in the required time and effort in the beginning to eventually get you there.
