The ObamaCare Employer Mandate/Employer Penalty set to begin in 2014 was delayed until later 2015/2016.The “employer mandate” requirement is part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for all businesses with 50+ full-time employees to provide health insurance to the employees or pay a fee.
