I agree with this. Working place can affect to the performance or the employee. Even me, I love well oragnize places and cool colors and lights for less pressure. The most important for me is that the place must be comfortable enough, not looks like a hospital. Also putting entertainment such as Xbox or Table Tennis for break time fun. And kitchen corner for java time helps too.
