When your small business gets beyond just you, the people you hire and the level of their dedication makes all the difference in the world. Are you going to need to continue having an almost daily involvement in operations or will you be able to let go a bit, trusting that the employees you've hired can bring an enthusiasm to your brand that is potentially equal to your own allowing you to focus on some other things. Anita's got some great podcasts and, if you haven't had the chance, I'd suggest you hunt through the archives because there are some really great gems.
