Constructive criticism is the art of giving negative feedback. Negative feedback should show people that what they are doing, is not right. Negative feedback should be perceived as informative and should NOT be perceived as a negative thing.

I don't think that any engagement tactic is truly "original"; many of us participate in the same activities to gain exposure and traffic.
