How can you learn to improve your leadership skills

1) What are the most important distinguishing characteristics of leaders, which make them different from non-leaders?

2) What are the associated practical skills and abilities of leaders?

3) How to practice those leadership skills and abilities until they become part of your daily habit pattern.

Chris: Thanks for showing the steps to improve the leadership skills. I had organizational leadership as the specialization during my studies (Business Administration, B. Sc.) at Southern New Hampshire University (1997 - 2000. I want to have a chat with you at some point in time about your training and courses.
