Like most countries, Canada still has work to do to become more inclusive. That being said, at least we're moving in the right direction.

Diversity can really help especially on the business aspect. It can divide the work rather than focusing on something big. Just like in Science, the bigger the surface area, the faster it dissolves or absorb something. So countries should follow diversity.

Yes, diversity is quite important. The more diverse the workforce, the more opportunities you create...and more opportunities is always good!
