This is a great post. I recently interviewed some local businesses about how involved they are with the community (Dungarvan, Co Waterford, Ireland) and they all said how being involved with the town created great support for their businesses in the early days and now they are more successful they are happy to reinvest in the community with local employment, national promotion, advice groups and events.
