Excellent points. It's a shame that many of these quiet professionals are often overshadowed by their louder counterparts and overlooked by their superiors. As business leaders, it is important to recognize the contributions of the more introverted people in the organization. They may be incubating some great ideas that aren't being heard.

Excellent blog post! I agree. Introverts make better listeners. When you actually listen to what someone is saying you can help them. Many extroverts miss this key factor.

Excellent points. The primary reason introverts make better leaders is because they listen more and talk less and are able to synthesize and analyze the information they gather from listening and make better decisions.

I agree.

Introverts really are something. They dont mingle with people that's why they are not influenced by them. They can think on their own space making them think clearly than listening to opinions that are mostly biased by our own intentions.
