While I agree with all the points made about making the meeting efficient, you should not lose sight of keeping them effective as well. Many meetings people attend today are waste of time. You need to establish a clear purpose, objective and direction as well as follow up with action items and next steps to get the most out of meetings.

It's important to be as efficient as possible when having business meetings. So much time can be wasted during the "extra" stuff that goes on in business meetings without actually resolving any issues or efficiently addressing pressing matters. Thanks for sharing your insights with us. :)
