Excellent advice and no doubt helpful for small business people hoping to operate in a cross-cultural environment. Most great things start small and it takes a considerable amount of time to learn about yourself and how you relate to others. It's never a good idea to be in a hurry when learning something new. I would imagine the same goes for working in a multi-cultural setting.
