Great list Cindy. Understanding culture is critical to sales, but ironically it looks like getting a good definition is harder than we think.

Interesting list of definitions some of them a bit vague perhaps because the idea of culture can be pretty elusive...and is likely to evolve over time. I think it's important to be mindful of culture but also of the rapid changes that often occur over relatively short periods.

Hi Shawn, I really like listening to other people's definitions of culture, because it gives me a different perspective. I can begin to understand their thinking a little bit more. But like I said to Bill, I think we all have personal definitions.
