Hey Erik! Great article I must say :) With recent Google updates link building has become little bit tricky now a days. But if implemented efficiently, along with ranks it can also boost traffic for your website. Personally I have been using all these techniques for my website but replacing dead wiki links is my all time favorite as Wiki pages have very high authority so getting link from there has very high value.

Do you really think that, Zubin?

I believe blog commenting is still a great strategy not just for building links, but also to create new connections around blogosphere (which is actually the most important point).

I love #9, Martin, "Give Feedbacks" and gain new links through testimonial pages.

Not just for backlinks, but also to increase online authority.
