Buying a franchise usually means a big commitment of money and time. But many people buy into one on a whim. When many franchisees are dissatisfied with how their system is run, they now take to the Internet to share ideas and vent their frustrations. This happens everytime and that's why it's important to ask every neccessary questions before buying a franchise.

All great questions, Joel. As in a hiring situation, it's important to ask what went wrong not just what went right. I would think it important to be skeptical of any business opportunity that seems too good to be true. So, of course, if this franchise says they have no problems it might be a sign of trouble.
