These all sound like reasonable suggestions. I was commenting not so long ago on a post by franchise expert Joel Libava, who insists that franchisors are really a unique breed among entrepreneurs, independent enough to operate on their own without direct supervision yet willing and able to follow someone else’s rules. I think the tips you’ve shared here about what makes an effective franchise relationship pretty much prove his point.
