Not interested in wading into this debate at all, but I think a pragmatic approach needs to be taken when operating businesses. Many companies end up advancing social, philosophical, and (maybe) even religious agendas in their businesses by the money they donate and sometimes dictated by the customers they serve. What business owners and entrepreneurs need to remember is who those customers are and how the things they say or support may impact their market.
