Joel: Your two-part (compare and contrast) question is useful in many situations. If you want to present a new business project, a potential venture, or other opportunity, this kind of serious and genuine questions are good for getting the real picture of the situation and to learn about why an individual is in this particular business in the first place.

"1: What is your (2: least) favorite part of owning this franchise?”
