Facebook is “weeks away” from obtaining regulatory approval in Ireland for a service that would allow users to exchange money with each other electronically, according to the Financial Times.

This kind of service is already existing in Sweden. It is called Swish. You could pay and get money directly via your smartphone (linked to your bank account / id.).
