Thank you for the tips, we've tried to do them but don't get a lot of response. We've read it's not always good to offer an incentive for asking for reviews, what are your thoughts on that?

Seriously, when it comes to managing and enhancing your customers experience, nothing can beat doing a customer survey. I've seen so many companies use it to better their business and give their customers exactly what they want. Thanks for sharing this in the community.
