Definitely, Refund policy makes customer buy products freely without hesitation. As if the customer is in doubt whether or not to buy the product in such cases refund policy works great.

Aside from the legal aspect refund policy is also good customer service gesture. It provides peace of mind to the customers that they can try new things and get the refund if they are not satisfied. Costco is a prefect example of how a good refund policy can build customer loyalty and grow sales.
