Thanks for sharing with the BizSugar community. What is your sense of things? Are more customers complaining because there are more companies making a serious effort to figure out what people really think or because consumers have so many more resources at their disposal to provide feedback than ever before? Or is it because there are so many more choices than before, so that customers are confident they can find a similar product or service elsewhere if their voices are not heard?
