Customer acquisition is obviously very important. However, keeping an already existing customer might be even more important. According to the Harvard Business Review it is actually 2-25 times cheaper to keep an existing customer than to make a new one. Measuring churn rate will be the first step to determine whether or not you're doing a good job keeping your customers.
