I realised my correspondence had gotten a little out of hand when I ignored my emails for two days straight (and it wasn’t a weekend). The truth was, it was carnage in there and I couldn’t bear to look. I was determined to work out a way of staying on top of email without making it a full-time job. Because I already have one of those thanks very much. It took a wee while, but it’s now under control again. I thought I would share a couple of lessons I learned from my week of email chaos. Maybe they will help you too?
