Whether we like it or not, business these days revolves around the use of credit or debit accounts and if you're involved in e-commerce you have to address this situation.

I had this problem occur this year with a customer. I phoned her and solved the issue by issuing an invoice and allowing a bank transfer. It turned out to be a technical issue but I would not have known if I had not talked to her and our bank.
