Getting customer input is critical. (Why wait for them to complain?) You'll find that customers can help you with some of those decisions in your company that you've been agonizing about and, in fact, may give you insight into what your next direction should be.

Customer service is sooooo important. You have some great points. I'd also add that lots of companies now watch Social Media for comments and are straight there to help and solve any problems. These are the best of them at the moment I believe. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
