The part I like best is not being a doormat. Those customers that demand, and scream for attention are time wasters. I've fired customers before, usually after I let them run me around and into the ground.

They are almost always the same people who want you to cut your price. Sure, it feels as though they are the customer and the customer is always right...but spend that time marketing for 4 other customers who will happily pay your price.

Hey, thanks for reading and commenting. I like 'fired customers before' never heard it put that way :) Always, remember the 80-20 rule, I've started to live by it now.
