Just a question. I wonder if any of the clients have seen the article. How would they feel?

Good question. I think it's really down to the business relationship at the end of the day. For example, if I am a bean counter when looking for certain service providers, I wouldn't let go of the bad characteristics if I feel that is crucial in my decision making.

Anyway, this is really a blog post that educates service providers or freelancers how to handle clients with these characteristics and how to have a better business relationships with them instead of dropping them as a client.

Wayne,

Great link. I'm not sure I've had any of these, but it is a good handbook for the future.

Haha... I have encountered a bean counter in the past but really, just show him the numbers and he'll keep his mouth shut.
