Customers are always right. That is the motto in which most businessmen dwell on. It does not depend whether he or she is rich or poor, they should be equal or fair because they maybe be potential customers that will pay to have your service or product.

Really, it is good to be rude even in a common sense especially to businessmen. If you treat customers badly, you may grow the habit and ruin your business in a short time.
