I thought you should need to take customer feedback and do not forgot to analyze it. It will definitely helps to identify to actual picture of your service or products. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, that's a great point Dar9. It's very important to take feedback, and not always formally. Some customers are put off by questionnaires. From time to just pick up the phone or email some customers and ask how your products and services are being used and if they are solving peoples problems - you'll often not only be encouraged but find ways to improve and great ideas for new content :-)

Hi Rob,

Thank you for sharing this customer experience to us, I must tell you the truth that I have build friends on a social media since 2 years of working online and this has helped me launched one of my Start-up which is doing really well now.

I believe in making friends online because without making friends, no one would know about you.

Agree about the importance of relationships, of course. I think Rob's emphasis on customer experience is important because this is a way of building those relationships and making them long term and profitable.
