Thank you for sharing this customer experience to us, I must tell you the truth that I have build friends on a social media since 2 years of working online and this has helped me launched one of my Start-up which is doing really well now.
I believe in making friends online because without making friends, no one would know about you.

Agree about the importance of relationships, of course. I think Rob's emphasis on customer experience is important because this is a way of building those relationships and making them long term and profitable.
