I actually found this article to be very interesting and your logo design and meeting area quite eye-catching. In my freelance writing business, I seldom have face-to-face encounters with clients due to distance. As a matter of fact, the last client I met with personally was about five months ago. I guess some first impressions must be answering the phone and that all-important first email response.
