Thanks for commenting. Couldn't be simpler actually. Just go to the Google Adsense homepage (a simple search will find it for you) and follow the instructions for setting up an account. Don't expect huge revenues from Adsense, especially if your site doesn't have a massive following or huge traffic. But Adsense can also help SEO I'm told, since the ads served on your page are selected based on your keywords and then in turn can serve as additional relevant content on your Website.
