Great overview on the kinds of advertising out there. I agree that the advertising you choose depends upon your budget and the kind of market you are trying to reach. I think it would be great to see some future posts outlining in more detail the pluses and minuses of each advertising channel and what kind of business or market each format would be most helpful in reaching.
