My AdSense account was clickbombed - I solve it by discovering who generated the invalid clicks. If it's an individual(s) it's easier - just use Clickbombing prevention WP plugin. If it's a script, it's more complex - it can change IPs dynamically.
The best way is to isolate the problem and see the attack pattern - and act on it.
My 2 cents :)
